## Architecture & Authentication Directives
- **Base URL**: `https://hoow.doctor/api/v1`
- **Authentication**: `X-HOOW-API-KEY: <your_api_key>` (Issue from Dashboard > Settings > API Keys)
- **Zero-I/O Direct Upload**: PDF binaries are uploaded directly to Google Cloud Storage via V4 Signed PUT URLs. No binary data ever passes through the LLM context or API gateways.
- **100-File Chunking Rule**: Maximum 100 PDF files per batch session. For directories containing >100 files, agents must process in 100-file iterative chunks without omission.
